The chairmanship consists of three people from different organisations who fill the role of Chairperson, Vice-Chair for Training and Vice-Chair for Communications. Each person is voted in at the EF Annual General Meeting individually for a three year term. All three people are volunteers in both their respective organisations and EF.

Once a year the Chairmanship meet up in person to discuss the various upcoming events, how the past year went as well as plans for the future.
This year we met at Hämeenlinna and it was an encouraging and productive weekend where we were able to spend time together brainstorming ideas whilst enjoying each others company 🥰
